 t be accurate and kept up to date to avoid incurring a penalty or non-payme
 nt of services. Other national payors are implementing similar practices. W
 ith the quantity of electronic systems in health care and the rise of data 
 silos, these penalties, suspensions from payor directories,&nbsp;and non-pa
 yment of services cause a significant financial risk to health care facilit
 ies.</p>\n<p>As an organization with many silo systems, we were able to pre
 vent the loss of millions of dollars by following standards processes for p
 artnership, data integrity evaluations, remediation,&nbsp;and ongoing&nbsp;
