Cancellation Policy

Video package cancellations must be made in writing within 30 days of your purchase and can be refunded only if the registrant has not logged into the video account to access the package. Once the registrant has logged in, they will not be entitled to a credit or refund. Please contact registration@dataversity.net for additional questions or to cancel your registration.

Please Note: Confirmed registrants who do not use the video package and do not cancel in writing are liable for the entire registration fee. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
